I have received it today, and I am running around my home happy. The hoodie is very comfortable and also stylish, so you can wear it as normal sports wear outside HEMA. A pocket is a nice and convenient addition. The hood does not fall on your head when you bend over, so it will not get in the way when you are doing a warm-up. Note that the hoodie is double-layered, so it will be much more hot than your usual polyester hoodie. The foam covering the larynx is soft and will protect you only from the lightest hits - I would advice using a proper gorget even for light sparring. But is does keep the collar in an upright position, keeping your neck covered with 350N fabric. Overall, good impression, I only wish there were custom or at least standard "long" sizes for people who are tall but not bulky (the same is relevant to the other products as well. The absence of the right sizing is what keeps me from buying some of the items - I am in the XL range for height, but in the M range for width). Other suggestions: making the foam protecting the larynx removable for cases when it is not needed (a pocket secured by velcro, maybe?).
